Local Processing Only

The Extension decodes GIFs, overlays meme text, and re-encodes animated GIFs entirely on your device. Your files are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your GIF files.

Data We Do Not Collect

• GIF files you select, edit, or export
• Browsing history or website content
• Personal identifiers from your browser
• Analytics or tracking data inside the Extension

Permissions

The Extension does not request Chrome storage, downloads, or host permissions. Exported files are saved through the browser’s normal download prompt.

Contact Form

If you use our contact page, the information you submit (such as your email and message) is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, solely to deliver your message to us. Please review Formspree’s privacy policy for details on how they handle submitted data.

Third-Party Services

The Extension itself does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or remote image processing services. The contact page is the only part of this site that sends data to an external service.

Children’s Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
